Complete Generator Setup
2 in 1 multi-use aluminum generator frame and pivot mount. The frame can accept 2 different type generators, the Ametek 38 series and a permanent magnet DC motor Model PA140B treadmill motor.
The pivot mount is made of aluminum turned on a metal lathe. Internal brushes made locally. The pivot mount is constructed in 3 sections and can be taken apart should the need arise to repair or do any maintenance on the unit.
The unit can be mounted on tower pipe with an O.D. between 1.73" - 2.90". The tail is in 2 sections for ease of shipping. There is a aluminum plug that is inserted in both halves and is secured by 2 aircraft bolts. The frame is drilled to secure the tail and the tail has not been drilled. This is so the user can mount their generator and blades on and slide the tail to the proper length to achieve a better center of gravity. The UHMW material slider is drilled on one side to aid in guiding the drill bit during final drilling of this hole.
Hub and 3 composite blend blades are also included.
No more twisted wires.
All that is needed is a blocking diode and charge controller and you are ready to generate.
